From the day you receive your order you have 14 days to request a return. Please use the form below to contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Practicing this right means two things:

1. You send the order back to us.

2. We refund you the full price once we receive the package.

The only thing we can't take back are earrings because of hygienic reasons.

Please bear in mind that return costs are carried by the customer.
