Yes we ship worldwide.

Shipping is free on all orders, no minimum amount required.

International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees outlined by their local customs authority.

All international packages are shipped DDU, meaning these fees are not included in the price of products purchased from our website.

It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the package. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all.

Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

Shipping time may vary from 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination contry.

The processing time is not included.

We understand the importance of a worry free shopping experience so we are partnering up with Route to make sure your packages are protected from loss, theft and other unfortunate events. We strongly advise to take the shipping insurance especially for international customers.

Please understand that returns or refunds for products based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the item are not permitted, as the responsibility to select suitable products rests with the customer.

After we have received your return, you will receive an email notification - processing of returns usually happens within 2-4 working days.

If you happen to receive an exchange, please allow up to 10 working days (maximum + depending on your location) to receive your return, either way you'll get notified about your exchange being dispatched and shipped via email.

Refunds will be made immediately after processing and should show in your bank account in a few days depending on your bank's timescales.

That's going to be on us, but we are unable to cover any shipping costs that have been concluded with any other carrier than the one originally used by THE S.CAPE LABEL.

While the majority of items in our shop can be returned, we do not accept returns of earrings or piercing imitating jewelry such as lip cuffs, nose cuffs etc.

We suggest you to wrap a piece of paper around the base of your finger. Next, mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the paper with a ruler (mm). Pick the closest measurement on the ring size chart to find your ring size.

Yes, all of our jewelry pieces are either made from stanless steel metal, 925 sterling silver or eco-brass meaning it is safe to wear for people with allergies!

Each piece comes in limited quantities because we operate under small badge production.

Since we are a sustainable brand we do not support mass production and do NOT restock our jewelry pieces. So once your favourite piece is gone, it's gone forever!

You do however have the option to order a sample version of the product. These sample items are ones that didn’t pass our quality control due to minor imperfections or defects. Before you decide to buy, we’ll let you know about any issues with the product.

If an incorrect size is ordered, THE S.CAPE LABEL will gladly offer a free exchange. In cases where the desired size is out of stock, we will provide a voucher equivalent to the original item's value. Please note that refunds are not available, as selecting the correct size is the responsibility of the customer.

But even if a piece does not pass quality control, it is not simply discarded. Instead, the materials are recycled to repurpose them and ensure a circular lifetime of use.

TSCL also cuts ties with fast fashion. Rather than constantly releasing new collections, we set a maximum stock per collection that will not be replenished after a certain time has passed. We only release four collections every year, ensuring that our jewellery pieces are not contributing to the culture of waste and overconsumption that characterizes the fast fashion industry.
