From our current experience, shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping inside Europe can take between 3-10 business days.

Shipping to other countries may take up to 15 days.

Yeah that's a bit of a tricky situation. We provide a lot of pictures, but sometimes it still doesn't sit right which we totally understand. You can still return everything within 14 days of receiving your order.

As much as we would love to provide a great experience for you, we can not bear the shipping costs if you decide to initiate a return. Therefore it is the customer who pays for the return shipping - truly sorry.

Most items can be returned, but we cannot accept returns on earrings or piercing-imitating jewelry (e.g. lip cuffs, nose cuffs).

Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger and mark where it meets. Measure in millimeters, then compare with our ring size chart.

Yes all our jewelry is made from stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, or eco-brass, making it safe and hypoallergenic.

We never restock anything in our shop, that's the point about us! Unique statement jewelry. <3

Sometimes we have sample items available if a product is sold out. These have minor imperfections but are still wearable. You’ll be informed of any flaws before purchase.

If you order the wrong size, we’ll exchange it for free. If your size is sold out, you’ll receive a voucher for the item’s value. Refunds are not available, as choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.
