Domestic shipping is completely free of charge and will take 2-4 business days to be delivered.
Please beware that during peak seasons e.g. Black Friday, Christmas etc. shipping may take more time.
Tracking is automatically added to your order.
We strongly advise to add our Route shipping insurance in case your package gets lost, stolen or damaged.
International Shipping
International orders are offered free of charge. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be delivered to you which will depend on your destination country.

Returns
After you have received your order, you will have 10 days to request a return.
Please note that we won't accept any returns of earrings and pieces that have been intentionally damaged by you.

We take care of everything, all you need to do is to put your pieces back into the packaging and make sure you packed everything well so that the content of your shipment won't get damaged while being on its way back to our facility.
Our customer service will send you a shipping label you will have to print out and stick to your package. After that, a courier will pick it up and bring it back to us.
Processing of your return may take 2-3 business days. Depending on your payment method, you will get your refund as soon as your payment method allows it. This may vary from a few seconds to a few days.
We accept returns only for products that are defective.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we offer a free exchange.
If the preferred size is unavailable, we will provide a voucher equal to the value of the original item.
We are however unable to issue a refund as it is the customer's responsibility to choose items that will suit them. Should you face difficulties in finding your right size please take a look at our size guide.
Further, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products based on personal preference, as it is the customer's responsibility to choose items that meet their expectations.
Sample Purchases
If the item you wanted to purchase is sold out, you have the option to order a sample version of the product.
These sample items are ones that didn’t pass our quality control due to minor imperfections or defects.
Before you decide to buy, we’ll let you know about any issues with the product.
By choosing to purchase a sample item, you agree that you won’t be able to return the item or request a refund, as these products are sold "as-is." Since you’re informed of any imperfections beforehand, no returns or claims will be accepted after the purchase.
