Step 1 - Select a ring you already own that fits the desired finger. Use a ruler and place the ring on top, measuring the millimetres from side to side of the ring.

• Measure the exact finger you’ll wear the ring on.
• Your dominant hand is usually a little bigger.
• Measure your finger when your hands feel normal. Not too hot. Not too cold.
• Measure later in the day. Fingers are usually largest then.
• Make sure the ring can slide over your knuckle.
• Between two sizes? Choose the bigger size.
